Greenwood Aviation Aircraft Rental Rules

1. All checkouts are to be conducted by Greenwood Aviation flight instructors.
   
    
2. Renters must have flown with Greenwood Aviation within the past six months
   to retain a currency status. Otherwise a checkout is required.
   
    
3. Any damage to Greenwood Aviation aircraft will be the responsibility of the
   Renter.
   
    
4. Absolutely no food or drinks are allowed onboard any aircraft at any time.
   
    
5. No grass field landings.
   
    
6. No headsets or flight gear of any kind are to be placed on the aircraft
   glare shield (dash panel).
   
    
7. All renters must occupy the left seat at all times.
   
    
8. All hard landings are to be reported to Greenwood Aviation as soon as
   possible for SAFETY reasons.
   
    
9. Any "NO SHOW" will be subject to a Two-Hour Flight Instructor Charge.
   Any Cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged ONE hour of Flight
   Instruction.
   
    
10. Any infraction of the above rules, are grounds for termination of rental
    privileges at Greenwood Aviation.
    
     
11. Greenwood Aviation does not extend liability insurance to renters or renters'
    passengers.
